These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TradesBill, operated by ShareWeb Agency ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using TradesBill, you agree to these Terms.
TradesBill is a web-based invoicing application for Australian small businesses and tradespeople. It provides tools to create tax invoices, quotes, and estimates; manage clients and a services catalog; generate PDF documents; and (on the Pro plan) sync data across devices.
You must create an account to use TradesBill. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.
Free plan: Available at no cost. Data is stored locally on your device only. No cloud sync or backup.
Pro plan: Available at $9 AUD/month or $89 AUD/year. Pro subscribers receive cloud sync, custom logo on PDFs, BAS tax summary, unlimited catalog items, and priority support.
Free trial: Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the monthly or annual rate.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Pro Plan → Manage Subscription. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include GST (we are not currently registered for GST).
You own all content you create in TradesBill — your invoices, client information, business details, and catalog items. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
We will not sell, share, or use your content for any purpose other than providing the TradesBill service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use TradesBill only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
TradesBill cannot guarantee that invoices generated with the app are compliant with ATO requirements in all circumstances. Compliance depends on the accuracy of the information you enter (including your ABN and GST registration status).
Free plan: Your data is stored only on your device. We have no access to it and cannot recover it if it is lost (e.g. due to iOS Safari clearing storage, device loss, or browser data deletion). You are solely responsible for backing up your Free plan data using the export feature (Settings → Data & Account → Export All Data).
Pro plan: We back up your data to Google Firebase Firestore. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss in all circumstances and are not liable for data loss beyond reasonable efforts to maintain the service.
TradesBill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance that causes temporary unavailability, and will endeavour to give notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of TradesBill is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. If the ACL applies to you and TradesBill is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy. Please contact us first and we will make it right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of TradesBill after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
